1. Appointment Cancellation by Patient
- Cancellations made within [e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for refund/rescheduling
- Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refund
2. Cancellation by Clinic
- Doctor is unavailable
- Appointment is cancelled due to emergency
- Technical/payment failure occurs
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be processed for:
- Duplicate / excess payment
- Failed transactions
- Clinic-initiated cancellations
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Completed consultations
- Late cancellations
- No-show patients
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days
