Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation by Patient

• Appointment is cancelled due to emergency

• Duplicate / excess payment
• Failed transactions
• Clinic-initiated cancellations

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Completed consultations
• Late cancellations
• No-show patients
